Please remember there is no glass allowed in or around the pool or hot tub. Rinse off before swimming if wearing sunscreen or oils, keep gates closed, and children may not be left unattended in the pool area or on the dock. No Hard Balls: Hard balls, including footballs, baseballs, softballs, and similar objects, may not be thrown in or around the pool or lanai. These items can damage the lanai screening and other property. Please use only appropriate soft pool toys and balls in the pool area. Turn off the fire table after use. The dock and kayaks are available for your enjoyment, but use them at your own risk. Children must be supervised near the water, life jackets are required for kayak use, and the open boat slip is available for an additional fee—reach out for details. Only boats compatible with the slip may be tied up. The game room includes skee-ball, arcade machines, a karaoke stage, a pool table, and a foosball table. Please treat all equipment with care. A wellness area is provided for yoga, stretching, and quiet relaxation; food and drinks should be kept out of this space. The fire table is for adult operation only, propane must be turned off fully after use, and the unit should not be moved.

Boat slip may be available for a fee, subject to owner approval.
